What is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?
Bowl for Kids' Sake is about having fun to help kids. It is our most important fundraising event. Funds raised go directly toward matching children with carefully-screened, caring Big Brother and Big Sister volunteers.
Teams of 4-6 bowlers compete to raise money and celebrate their efforts on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Brunswick Zone Hawthorn in Vernon Hills. Bowling starts at 11:30 am and ends at 2:00 pm.
Make a difference! Your support helps Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County match at-risk youth in our community with caring adults so these children can become confident, competent and caring individuals!
You can be a sponsor, a bowler, or both!
If you are a donor, know that your support is helping put Big Brothers and Big Sisters in children's lives, right here in your community. If you are a bowler, enjoy a fun outing with friends — as well as the satisfaction of knowing you're making a big difference to kids right here in your community.
There will be a prize awarded to the Top Fundraiser for this event. Our corporate partner, CDW, genrously donated a Flip Video Digital Camcorder (valued at $169.00).
